At MPH Creative Solutions, I played a central role in various Premier League Primary Stars initiatives for EverFi, steering the design aspects of these projects. This included creating activity sheets, teacher resources, and presentations, with a strong emphasis on ensuring accessibility for those with learning disabilities in all PDFs and PowerPoint presentations. Amid the height of the COVID-19 pandemic, I played a pivotal role in steering the design of weekly “work from home” activity sheets and resources, ensuring a seamless learning experience for students during challenging times. One of my favourite projects involved a collaboration with Rainbow Laces. The aim was to heighten pupil awareness of gender
stereotyping and its adverse effects on behaviour, self-esteem, and future aspirations. In this endeavour, I created a series of illustrations resembling clippings of ads, news stories, greetings cards, and examples of signage in toy shops, all perpetuating gender stereotypes. The purpose of the activity was to challenge stereotypical language prevalent in the media and beyond, fostering a more inclusive learning environment. I particularly relish such collaborations, including Rainbow Laces, No Room for Racism, and Sky Ocean Rescue, as they contribute to positive impact projects, aligning with my passion for making a meaningful difference.
